Casey Anthony’s defense team interrogated a witness late Tuesday afternoon. Jail Sergeant 58-year-old Dennis Moonsammy was questioned by her attorney, Jose Baez.
Moonsammy supervises Casey Anthony at the jail, and told Eyewitness News he did not see Casey’s response the day Caylee’s remains were found.
“Did you see Casey Anthonys reaction when they found her daughter’s remains?” asked WFTV reporter Jeff Deal.
“No sir. No sir,” responded Moonsammy.

Allison Iraheta’s funky outfit got more attention than her performance on “American Idol.”
The judges’ panel seemed too distracted by what she was wearing to offer much criticism of her performance. The 16-year-old rock prodigy belted the No Doubt hit “Don’t Speak” not that it mattered.
Judge Simon Cowell said Iraheta’s look resembled “something out of ‘The Addams Family.’” Her poofy red dress, black leggings, white heels and spiky magenta hair led Cowell to joke that the night’s theme must be Halloween.

A television station in the Florida Panhandle is not going to air a new variety show hosted by Ozzy Osbourne and his family because it contains profanity and adult content. The head of Panama City Fox affiliate WPGX says he watched a six-minute preview of “Osbournes: Reloaded” and found that the time slot for the show makes him uncomfortable.
The show is set to debut Tuesday at 8:20 p.m. CDT. The offbeat time is intended to keep viewers of top-rated “American Idol” watching the show.
WPGX General Manager David Cavileer says he would have aired the Osbournes show later in the evening. Instead, he’ll air “The Simpsons” during the earlier time slot.
A Fox Broadcasting Co. spokesman says any affiliate can pre-empt a program it deems inappropriate for its market.

Rihanna, who has been laying low since her Grammy-weekend blowup with, and alleged assault by, Chris Brown, has a new gun tattooed on her body.
Rihanna, who also has “Shhh” tattooed on a finger, a Maori design on her right hand and stars behind her ear (that match stars behind Brown’s ear) brought tattoo artist Bang Bang out to LA for her latest ink.
