Maybe we can finally get some peace and Casey can get what’s coming to her. My heart hurts for the rest of the family.

ORLANDO, Fla. – Skeletal remains found in the woods are the Florida 3-year-old who has been missing since June, and her death is considered a homicide, a county medical examiner said Friday.

DNA tests confirm that the remains match Caylee Anthony’s genetic profile, said the medical examiner, Dr. Jan Garavaglia.

A utility worker stumbled upon the remains last week, less than a half-mile from where the girl lived. Garavaglia said some of the remains discovered were as small as pebbles, and authorities weren’t certain how the girl was killed.

Caylee’s mother, 22-year-old Casey Anthony, was indicted in October on first-degree murder and other charges, even though no body was found. She has insisted that she left the girl with a baby sitter in June, but she didn’t report her missing until July.

A search team said they did not check the wooded area sooner because it was submerged in water.

Casey Anthony’s attorney, Jose Baez, was with her at the Orange County Jail when she found out the news, said Todd Black, a spokesman for the attorney. She was notified a short time before the news conference about the positive identification. Black said he wouldn’t comment on her reaction.

Hollywood actor Eddie Murphy has signed on to play the Riddler and U.K. actress Rachel Weisz Catwoman in the next Batman movie, Britain’s Telegraph reported.

Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie had previously been rumored to be playing the roles in Christopher Nolan’s anticipated sequel to the blockbuster The Dark Knight,the newspaper said.

Well he already has been seen around town with Joe Jonas’ GF Camilla Belle and now, come to find out, he can write and sing his own music too. Hmmm… looks as though the JoBros might have a little competition?? Robert Pattinson could easily make his way to a music career. I’m sure his fans would be thrilled if he were to put out an album and compete with the Jonas Brothers number 1 singles. Who would win that competition I wonder?

Robert’s Twilight bosses even including a couple of his songs he wrote in the vampire movie.

The English actor told MyParkmag: “I did them (the songs) before the movie. But it’s amazing how they fit. Like I would never have said, I really want to get my songs in the movie.

“I thought it was kind of funny. There’s a song which two friends of mine wrote in about three minutes and I sang it in my old apartment.

I kind of made it into a song and now it’s in this big movie. I thought it was kind of amusing.

“I had to sing it to the video of my face (laughs). It was the most bizarre experience, but I think it really helps the scene. It makes the scene better.”

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Jennifer Lopez is expecting again – but this time around her baby bump will be fake.

Jennifer will star in the fertility-themed romantic comedy “Plan B,” according to Variety.

The movie tells the story of a single woman who decides to get artificially inseminated in response to her ticking biological clock. On the same day that Jennifer’s character gets pregnant, she meets the man of her dreams. 

This will mark Jennifer’s return to the big screen after taking a break from the spotlight to give birth to her twins, Emme and Max. 

“Plan B” is reportedly scheduled to start filming in April or May.

The EquuSearch leader said sheriff’s office investigator thinks the remains belong to missing toddler Caylee Marie Anthony.

Tim Miller, the founder and director of EquuSearch, said the remains “appear to be Caylee, but with any case, we have to wait until a positive ID is made.”

Orange County deputies confirmed the discovery of a young child’s remains near Casey Anthony’s home this morning in the area of S. Chickasaw Trail and Suburban Drive. Spokesman Jim Solomons said the remains were found in a bag by a utility worker.

The location of the discovery is less than 1/4 mile from the Anthonys’ home on Hopespring Drive.
