Britney Spears Sex Tape Story Branded ‘False’

BRITNEY Spears’ camp is throwing cold water on claims her paparazzo ex Adnan Ghalib is in possession of a sex tape featuring the star.

Ghalib told British magazine Heat Monday that “there is such a tape.”

“But I won’t discuss prices,” he said. “Unless there is a locked-in deal, I will go no further.”

It was also claimed the 20 minute tape shows Britney in nothing but a pink wig; and consists of “a long session of kinky foreplay.”

But a source close to the Toxic singer tells E! News, “The story is completely false.”

Spears and Ghalib dated for three months while she was in the middle of her breakdown which saw her sectioned and in rehab.

Ghalib was said to have made the movie when he and Britney fled LA and headed to Mexico to escape the public eye.

PETA Urges Ben & Jerry’s To Use Human Breast Milk In Their Ice Cream

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals sent a letter to Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield, cofounders of Ben & Jerry’s Homemade Inc., urging them to replace cow’s milk they use in their ice cream products with human breast milk, according to a statement recently released by a PETA spokeswoman.

“PETA’s request comes in the wake of news reports that a Swiss restaurant owner will begin purchasing breast milk from nursing mothers and substituting breast milk for 75 percent of the cow’s milk in the food he serves,” the statement says.

PETA officials say a move to human breast milk would lessen the suffering of dairy cows and their babies on factory farms and benefit human health.

“The fact that human adults consume huge quantities of dairy products made from milk that was meant for a baby cow just doesn’t make sense,” says PETA Executive Vice President Tracy Reiman. “Everyone knows that ‘the breast is best,’ so Ben & Jerry’s could do consumers and cows a big favor by making the switch to breast milk.”

“We applaud PETA’s novel approach to bringing attention to an issue, but we believe a mother’s milk is best used for her child,” said a spokesperson for Ben and Jerry’s.

Heath Ledger’s Insurance Company Denies Claim, Investigating Death

By TERRY SCHERMERHORN in Los Angeles and CLEMENTE LISI in New York

Heath Ledger’s insurance company has refused to pay on his $10 million policy by claiming he died under “suspicious” circumstances – and now wants to quiz his friend Mary-Kate Olsen over his death, a lawsuit filed by the “Dark Knight” star’s estate charges.

Lawyer John LaViolette, who represents the trust set up for Ledger’s 2-year-old daughter, Matilda, has sued ReliaStar Life Insurance Co., accusing it of acting in bad faith by trying to avoid paying the claim and wrongfully snooping into the actor’s life.

The city medical examiner ruled that the 28-year-old “Brokeback Mountain” star died of an accidental overdose of prescription drugs – but probers working for ReliaStar are investigating the possibility he took his own life, which would void the claim.

Police Release Video Interview With Cindy Anthony – New Documents Released

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – The Orange County Sheriff’s Office and State Attorney’s Office released over 600 pages of documents and a video interview of Cindy Anthony in the Casey Anthony case Friday morning. The documents released include more transcripts of interviews with ex-boyfriends, acquaintances and the tow truck driver who removed her abandoned car from a parking lot in June.

Included among the evidence is a picture found on Casey Anthony’s computer (see picture). The picture shows a little girl next to a teddy bear hanging by a noose. Next to it is what appears to be an anti-death penalty statement: “Why do people kill people, who kill people, to show people that to kill people is bad?”

Documents reveal she visited missing children web sites as early as March. There’s also new information coming from Cindy Anthony’s interview with investigators on August 1, showing that in the months before Caylee disappeared, her mother Casey and Caylee were spending more and more time away from the Anthony’s home.

Cindy Anthony gave some conflicting statements to investigators that day about Casey and also appeared to be in a hurry as they tried to establish a timeline in Caylee’s disappearance.

As Cindy Anthony waited for detectives to bring her water, she sat with her head lowered, arms crossed around herself. She told them that one of Casey’s friends brought a bag to the house that Casey had left with him and it held some of Caylee’s swimming gear.
