Sounds to me that Cindy Anthony is responsible to a degree for not allowing her daughter to make a life choice for herself. Sad, sad situation.
Late Monday afternoon, Eyewitness News obtained 400 pages of documents about Central Florida’s heart-breaking missing child case. In them, Casey Anthony says she would have been better off and able to party more if she didn’t have a daughter.
It’s been 40 days since Caylee Anthony was reported missing. The documents just released Monday show that Casey Anthony’s mother called her a sociopath and warned friends to stay away from her. She also said she was a mooch and a leech.
The new documents show investigators grilled Casey Anthony about what happened to her daughter Caylee, telling her after the lies she told them they were thinking either she “gave Caylee to someone that you don’t want anyone to find out because you think you’re a bad mom. Or something happened to Caylee and Caylee’s buried somewhere or in a trash can somewhere and you had something to do with it.”
Casey kept insisting to investigators the last time she saw Caylee was June 9. The detective told her “the longer this goes the worse it’s gonna be for everyone, everyone.” He told her Caylee’s “out there somewhere and her rotting body is starting to decompose because what you’re telling us.”
But Casey kept insisting she doesn’t know what happened to her except that she was last with Zenaida the nanny, who no one knows. She also told investigators she’s absolutely petrified.
“I know my mom will never forgive me. I’m never gonna forgive myself because there’s that chance that I might not see Caylee again and I don’t want to think about that,” Casey told investigators.
Casey denied selling the child, but a high school friend of hers told investigators that when Casey found out she was pregnant she wanted to give the child up for adoption, but her mother Cindy would not let her. Another childhood friend told investigators Casey would not open up or do anything for anybody unless there’s something in it for her.Casey Anthony was on the move again Monday. She was wearing a t-shirt that asks for help to find her daughter, but she’s still not helping investigators find Caylee.
Attorney Jose Baez refused to respond to the discovery documents released Monday. In fact, he filed an emergency order to try and keep the media from getting them.
The bounty hunter who helped get Casey out of jail said the documents solidify his theory that Casey gave her daughter away.
Wearing a missing child t-shirt with her daughter’s picture, Casey Anthony ran out of the Orange County jail Monday and ignored questions. She was back at the jail to get tested for drugs and alcohol and to meet with the case manager who oversees her home confinement.
Flanked by a security guard and her mother and brother, Casey didn’t say a word. But the bounty hunter who helped bail her out of jail had plenty to say about court documents that reveal she wanted to put Caylee up for adoption before she was even born
“She handed the kid off to somebody and has herself in a bind right now and she doesn’t know what to do. She could simply tell the cops, ‘I didn’t want my daughter anymore and I gave her away,” Leonard Padilla told Eyewitness News.
Padilla said he plans to start searching for the 3-year-old on Friday.
“The child was not kidnapped, the child is not dead,” Padilla said. “We are going to start actively looking for the people who might have wanted Caylee.”
Casey is scheduled to meet with her attorney Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and then she will be allowed to leave her house on Sunday for church.

Cindy why in the hell would you wait(5 weeks) to notifified the police when you didnot see baby(Caylee)WHY. Casey i hope you rot in prison.You need to tell police everything so baby Caylee can finally rest in peace

Both Casey and Cindy are sociopaths. Most sociopaths travel in diabolical pairs…all others around them are just “puppets” or “narcissistic supply” there to feed their EGOS. They are monsters, plain and simple. They have no feelings at all, and have no problem crossing the boundaries of others or violating another’s civil liberties..they feel it is their right.
My husband’s mother and his ex-wife are sociopaths. They function is society so I guess they are “functioning sociopaths”. My husband shares a child with the ex-wife so she has attempted to ruin our lives via the use of the child as a pawn. The child means nothing to her other than a means to an end, a weapon of destruction.
They are truly heartless and destructive entities.

I could not agree more with the last comment!You have hit the nail on the head!Not only this family is very disfunctional (by the way-I do feel sorry for poor George)because he had to put up all along with these two ladies in his family.Cindy and Casey Anthony have just about the same personalities (LIKE MOTHER LIKE DAUGHTER)I do not mean to sound EVIL myself,but these two ladies seem to be far beyond reach and I believe everything happens for a very BIG REASON..Unfortunately this beautiful child sent right from Heaven to all of us had to pay the consequences for being born in such EVIL WORLD and with such EVIL Mother…Cindy is not even a Christian-because if she was she would not have lied like she had and if she really was concerned and loved her Grandaughter the way she tried to show-she would not ever tried to deviate the POLICE with all of her nonsences…She did not even deserve to be on TV.she should have been put away right next to her Daughter-they are both the same!But Caylee-our poor little Angel is now safer in the arms of who truly loves her and cares and that is our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ!May GOD change the ways of Cindy Anthony and Casey?I do not think there is any hope for her unless she confesses and repents…May God Bless George!

I think Cindy is a good looking woman,but for what I gather also for all the things she has said to Casey while the little girl was still around,she needs to not only have a change of heart towards LIFE ,towards her family period…and she needs to realize that “so many” things she has said while Little Caylee was still alive were absolutely WRONG..For example:She has called Casey a “mooch” and a “leech” and she had said many times that she was an Unfit Mother-She also said tha Caylee was a mistake..My question is:Does this woman even realize what had come out of her own mouth?WORDS are powerful Cindy!!!Like I said before and I say it again: You need to get down on your knees and ask Almighty God to forgive you-you have done your share of damage with your EVIL words!A Mother should never call her Daughter such names and put her down..If you did not want her in your home you could have thrown her out of find some form of Intervention for her and for poor little Caylee.Unfortunately is too late!But it is never too late to SEEK the FACE of GOD,ask for forgiveness and have a change of heart..I will pray that our Lord and Savior help this family before they die one day..we will all have to face God either we like it or not!

I agree that Casey is an evil person for what she has done. But I do not agree that her mother is. People try to understand what this woman is going through. She has lost her grandaughter and she knows in her heart that her daughter killed her. I believe Cindy told some not-so-truths because she didn’t want to believe this stuff and she,for a while, probably wanted to protect her daughter. Good or bad, Casey is her daughter and only a mother would understand that. Again I agree that Casey needs to rot in jail but leave the grandparents alone all they are guilty of is loving their family. Give them some room to grieve!!

As long as George and Cindy refuse to answer any questions for the Zinida Gonzalez case, these people will NEVER start to move forward in life in anyway. I am not even sure how anyone moves on from something so horrific as this, but the Anthony’s NEED to start somewhere, time is ticking,and until they start answering some questions, in the civil case, everything is at a standstill. Cindy has already made comments about the “fake” babysitter, she has already incriminated herself so at this point, what the hell???? GOD BLESS YOU BOTH.

I am wondering if
Lee was an accesory after the fact (moving the body maybe) his laughing thru depositions etc and maybe Cindy knew what her daughter did all along.

The longer this goes on the more it looks as though Casey and her family lie about even the little things. Cindy Anthony makes a fool of herself at every turn today no exception. You can love your child but to lie and point fingers at others to save her sorry ass is just bizzare behavior for a God fearing women. Although I feel for the family in the loss of beautiful Caylee, I do not respect any of them. It is apparent that even family members believe Casey is capable of the murder of her most precious daughter. That says alot about what kind of person she is. Cindy Anthony’s gun chomping style shows lack of respect for those around her and is utterly disgusting. Shame on her for her behavior towards the police, the courts and most importantly to the memory of her murdered grandaughter. She should pray for her soul and for some class and most definetly for common sense as she lacks all the above.
This country fell in love with Caylee, we all need closure and no more lies.The only thing we can be sure of is that beautiful Caylee is in the arms of God and now is protected from this most disfunctional family.

I agree with an earlier post about the grandparents, they haven’t done anything wrong, they are not the ones who murdered that precious little girl, it was her own mother!! And one day Casey will pay for what she has done, it’s just so horrific what she done to her own daughter and very obvious she has shown no remorse whatsoever not even when she was talking to the police which every thing she said was a lie! She could have given Caylee to someone who would love her and take care of her, Casey wasn’t interested in anything but having her big times and while she was doing that before she murdered her, where was Caylee all those times before? I just can’t understand how a mother could kill her own child, especially a 2 yr old…how could anyone do that??? I feel for the grandfather I truly don’t believe he knew anything about it, he truly loved his granddaughter, u can just tell that. But I do believe that deep inside Cindy she knows Casey done it but that is her daughter and I think she is trying to protect her. After she has thought about the things she has said when all this first came out when she called 911 I think she regrets it and now she is trying to make Casey look like a loving and caring mother which is a joke!

I think that she needs to rot in jail… I hope she dies a slow painful death… There is no excuse to murder a child let alone her own. I wish this never happened to that precious angel!! She was 2 and had no reason to die.

I used to be a Court TV addict..That is until they dismantled it. I can honestly say this case is stranger than anything I ever saw on Court TV. The whole family is insane-nuts. Completely whacko!! The bitch needs to rot in jail forever. That is if they don’t pt the death penalty back on the table.
