Casey Anthony Re-Arrested On New Financial Charges

I knew it would be a matter of time before they found something else to go pick her up. Check fraud? Not in the least bit surprising seeing how she stole from her parents and grandmother. This woman makes me frustrated and I want something done!! How can a mother be like she is? Total bullshit!

Casey Anthony made a very brief appearance before an Orange County judge Saturday afternoon on charges related to check fraud.

Anthony appeared with her attorney, Jose Baez. She did not speak and the hearing lasted no more than a minute or two. The judge reaffirmed the $3,000 bond Anthony is behind held on in connection with charges of forgery, theft and using fraudulent information.

Orange County deputies took her back into custody at her home Friday evening. Also overnight, the bond company that posted her original bond, revoked it. Company officials said they would likely wait until next week to decide whether or not to reinstate it.Investigators showed up at the family’s home about 8:30pm. They led Casey out in handcuffs to the cheers of waiting protesters, some carrying signs and screaming, “Baby Killer!”

The charges stem from allegations Casey took nearly $700 from a friend and her parents. Investigators said they have images of Casey using checks at a Target store and a Bank of America. Investigative sources also said Casey may be accused of stealing money that was to be used to pay for her grandfather’s living expenses in a Mount Dora assisted-living facility.

“She had used names and checks in an account that didn’t belong to her,” said Capt. Angelo Nieves of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.

Anthony was being held on a $3,000 bond Friday night on the financial charges.

Anthony’s attorney, Jose Baez, released a statement that said, “This is nothing more than an attempt by law enforcement to play mind games with my client. They leaked the arrest to the media and deliberately avoided telling me so she couldn’t turn herself in in a dignified fashion. They clearly wanted the media to capture my client in the worse possible light. Coincidentally, I was on the phone with her when police arrived at her home to arrest her… What’s clear is that law enforcement is more interested in making my client look bad than finding Caylee, who’s still missing and likely in danger.”

Cindy Anthony echoed those statements Saturday. She said deputies arrived at the house without a warrant and told her they were taking Casey to a safe place.

“They were grandstanding last night. They forced their way into my house,” said Cindy. “I thought they were responding to a 911 call I made about the protesters.”

Actually the check fraud charges stem from checks she forged that belonged to her personal friend (who was away on vacation). She also had taken $400 in cash that was the friend\’s \”vacation money\”….Casey had told the girl, \”…you were sleep walking…\” the morning she discovered the cash missing. Casey\’s attorney is all boo-hoo whining because (as he said @ 1:00 am last night . . .\”they knew about these forgeries all this time and waited until NOW?\”

Well yeah, Jose-the lawyer, might know himself that the DA needs a FORMAL COMPLAINT by the victim in order to make the charge . . .Casey\’s forgery victim did make those formal complaints yesterday instigating the warrant for \”just now\”.

The Mommy Dearest Cindy made a claim that her [sociopath] daughter Casey blew $45,000 on Mommy Dearest\’s credit card, Cindy claims grandma\’s checking account was gouged by Casey too.
